The EV Expert 32A 3-phase Type 2 charging cable is designed for mode 3 charging, making it suitable for all AC charging from private and public stations. Thanks to the IEC 62196 communication protocol, the cable enables efficient communication between the on-board charger and the charging station. Both connectors are ergonomically shaped and the grip is made of soft plastic, ensuring easy and comfortable handling and connection. When plugged in, the cable is protected against the ingress of particles and water. The protective caps carry a higher IP54 protection rating to safeguard against dust ingress.

Durable and flexible design
The connectors of the EV Expert 32A 3-phase Type 2 coiled charging cable are made of tough, flame-retardant thermoplastic that resists scratches, pressure and impacts. The outer jacket of the charging cable consists of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPE-U), which offers excellent flexibility, a long lifespan and resistance to scratching and wear. High-quality materials ensure the cable lasts for more than 10000 connection cycles. Compared to other cables, it is also lighter, more flexible and easier to handle even in cold weather.
Safe and certified
The EV Expert 32A 3-phase Type 2 coiled charging cable undergoes rigorous testing to guarantee its safety. It features certified IP44 protection when plugged in, and IP54 protection when using the protective cap. The connectors comply with IEC 62196-2 and SAE J1772 standards.

Please note:
Always use the protective caps whenever the cable is not plugged in, as they significantly extend its lifespan. Roll the cable up correctly after use and store it in the bag. This greatly increases its durability.
