This sensor is designed to be integrated into the EVOLVEO Alarmex or Sonix security system. The sensor has been designed for intrusion detection for placement on a door or window - one of the sensors is placed on the frame and one on the door itself. If someone tries to damage the sensor it automatically triggers an alarm. However, the alarm will not be set off by vibration caused by wind and the like. The sensor has wireless connection to the main unit, so you will not have to worry about the installation of cables.
