UroMax® RAPID offers a proven triple combination of active ingredients for short-term acute use with beneficial effects in the urinary tract. UroMax® RAPID contains patented PACran™ extract (an extract from the large-fruited cranberry or Canadian cranberry), bearberry extract and D-mannose.
Active ingredients
The product is intended for those who are faced with problems requiring immediate care.
- Medicinal jelly cleanses the kidneys and urinary tract, helps fight unwanted bacteria in the urinary tract.
- Canadian cranberries contain substances that help fight unwanted bacteria in the urinary tract and prevent them from attaching to the wall of the urinary tract. Untrapped bacteria are then easily flushed out of the body through the urine stream. Cranberries also act as one of nature's most powerful antioxidants, protecting cells from the unwanted effects of free radicals. Canadian cranberry extract is produced under the patented name PACranTM, which guarantees pharmaceutical quality and active ingredient content.
- D-mannose is a monosaccharide (natural sugar) which, unlike other sugars, enters the bladder almost unchanged. In the urinary tract, it binds to the surface of bacteria, which then lose their ability to attach to the lining of the urinary tract and are subsequently flushed out of the body by the urine stream.
