Flow Lion's Mane 30 g
Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is one of the most interesting functional medicinal mushrooms. Lion's mane is grown on an indoor farm in the Finnish countryside, guaranteeing quality and high levels of bioactive substances. It is used for its nootropic effects, for increasing cognitive function. Much of the effect is related to increased production of nerve growth factor (NGF).
Dosing:
Take 1 scoop (1 g) daily.
