Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol that is found in more than 70 plant species, especially in the skin and seeds of grapes. Resveratrol has become known mainly for its anti-aging benefits and its ability to activate sirtuins, the so-called longevity genes.
Dosing:
Take 1 scoop (250 mg) daily with a fat source.
