L-OptiZinc® is a patented form with excellent stability and absorbability, zinc bisglycinate is an organic chelated form that is gentle on the stomach, and zinc citrate is rapidly absorbed, ensuring optimal utilisation of zinc in the body. Each capsule contains 15mg of elemental zinc.
