Nutritionally complete high-calorie (2 kcal/ml) nutrition is designed to supplement the normal diet by sipping high protein (20% of the total energy value). It is fibre-free, high in vitamin D, low in lactose and gluten-free. Contains traces of caffeine (0,65 mg/100 ml). It is suitable for controlled dietary management of malnutrition or malnutrition-related disease, especially for patients with increased energy and protein requirements or limited fluid intake. The food is intended for special medical purposes. The package contains 4 × 200 ml.
Dosage and method of use
Dosage must be determined by a healthcare professional according to the patient's needs. The recommended dosage for supplemental nutrition is 1-2 bottles (400-800 kcal)/day or for total nutrition 4-5 bottles (1600-2000 kcal)/day. Shake well before use. Drink slowly. Ensure adequate fluid intake.
Contraindications
Not suitable for patients with galactosemia. Not suitable for children under one year of age. Administer with caution to children under 6 years of age.
Notice
Administer on the advice of a physician or a person qualified in human nutrition, pharmacy or maternal and child care. For total or supplemental nutrition, ensure adequate fluid intake. Do not give to children under 1 year of age. Mix well before use. It tastes best chilled.
Storage
Store at room temperature. Keep the opened package in the refrigerator max. 24 hours. Use by the date on the packaging.
