The watch is therefore able to continuously measure and record day and night health and activity data. This mainly includes values for heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen level, breathing rate, daily step count, floors climbed and minutes of intense activity. From the measured quantities, the watch derives other functions and metrics, such as Body Battery, Stress Score, Heart Rate Variability Status, Temperature and Altitude Acclimatisation Status and more. The group of health monitoring functions also includes functions for measuring sleep duration and quality. You can download more maps via a Wi-Fi connection. Through the Garmin Connect log, you can create a route you want to take, and the watch will then guide you step by step.
