The Gastroback fryer in a nice black design with centrifugation leaves up to 55% less fat in food than conventional fryers. There are two centrifugal speeds to select from and an adjustable thermostat. The fryer is also suitable for delicate foods. It has a timer with a light and a safety shut-off function. Its volume is 2.5 litres and its surface is non-stick. The container and the heating element are both removable.
