Active ingredients
- Gelita® Collagen Peptides - Collagen protein that contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones.
- Collagen makes up the bodies of all animals. It represents 30% of all body proteins and makes up 70% of the dry weight of articular cartilage. Collagen is a fibrous, water-insoluble protein, thanks to which our bodies, which are 70% water, are not liquid or liquid. liquid. This shows how important collagen is to the structure and integrity of our bodies. It is collagen that makes animals move. Collagen is a natural component of the musculoskeletal system, bones, cartilage and joints, it determines the mechanical properties of cartilage, especially strength and flexibility. The amino acid composition of collagen is absolutely extraordinary, Glycine, proline, lysine and their hydroxylated forms, as its main components, are not found in such high abundance in any other protein. In plant proteins, i.e. in the whole plant kingdom, collagen is not present at all.
- The structure of native collagen type I, II, III, etc. can be compared to a rope. A system of type II collagen fibres, like collagen ropes, forms the supporting arcade-like skeleton of the entire cartilage. The collagen-saturated connective tissue with a rigid arcade-like structure resists immediate and long-term overloading. In cartilage, collagen forms cartilage cells. The main role of joint nutrition is therefore regeneration, nutrition and protection of cartilage cells. Cartilage cells are nourished by collagen peptides with a molecular weight of about 3000 Da.
- Gelita® 3000 Da Collagen Peptides are enzymatically cleaved collagen fragments (rope cut into small pieces). These small collagen fragments are 100 times smaller than the native collagen molecule and have proven biological activity. They nourish connective tissue cells, provide building material and bioinformation, stimulate the proliferation of connective tissue cells, and young cells then increase collagen production by 100% in as little as 11 days of administration (Oesser 2003). For 100x greater native collagen type I, II, III, etc. biological activity has not been demonstrated. Collagen peptides with a molecular weight of approximately 3000 Da are therefore suitable for joint nutrition.
- Boswellia Serrata - extract from the resin of the bark of the Boswellia serrata tree has been used by Ayurvedic science for more than 5000 years and contributes to healthy bones and joints.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for healthy bones and cartilage and helps protect cells from oxidative stress - an antioxidant.
- Marian Thistle contains silymarin, contributes to cleansing and normal liver function and digestion.

Hydrolysed collagen protein (57%), dried fruit juice - orange, fructose (1.5 g in DD), acid: citric acid, maltodextrins, thickener: Pectin, Boswellia serrata extract, aroma, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), milk thistle extract, laurel noble extract, natural dye: beetroot betanin, beta-carotene, sweetener: Sucralose, copper bisglycinate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folate - folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), L-seleno-methionine.
Recommended dosage
Adults:
14 g - 1 scoop once a day, the dose can be doubled.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. To increase the content of Boswellia serrata to 900 mg per day, it can be combined with the dietary supplement Geladrink® FAST capsules, e.g. 1 scoop Geladrink® FAST drink + 6 capsules Geladrink® FAST capsules. Dispense into a dry glass with the included measuring cup, add cold water (250 ml), stir and drink after dissolving. Take for 2 to 3 months. The treatment should be repeated 3 times a year, do not interrupt the treatment.
