3-omega Premium extra is a dietary supplement containing fish oil with high doses of EPA (360 mg) and DHA (240 mg) in one capsule. Both EPA and DHA are in the form of triglycerides, which are highly absorbable. The 3-omega fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are important for supporting proper heart function and for maintaining good brain function and vision (beneficial effects are achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).

Recommended dosage
Children from 3 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women can take 1 capsule daily after meals. Adults take 1-2 capsules daily after meals. Swallow or chew the dose and then drink with water.
