A food supplement containing a highly absorbable form of magnesium and vitamin B6. The magnesium in this product is in an organic, highly absorbable form with high bioavailability.

Ingredients
Magnesium salts of citric acid, anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, magnesium stearate; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, magnesium carbonate, polydextrose, talc; thickener: polyvinylpyrrolidone; pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Recommended dosage
Adults:
1 tablet 2 to 3 times a day, preferably with food.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women:
1 tablet a day, preferably with food.
