Giffard Citron Vert (Lime) Syrup

An intense hazelnut syrup with roasted and praline notes, ideal for coffees, dessert drinks and sweet cocktails. It delivers the rich, creamy flavour of hazelnuts, known for their subtle sweetness and almond biscuit tones. The hazelnut comes from the Corylus avellana shrub, whose fruits are popular worldwide – especially thanks to Turkish and Italian production, which sets the standard for quality. The syrup has a light brown colour with golden highlights, an aroma of fresh hazelnut with a hint of roastiness, and a distinct praline-nut flavour with dessert-like depth. Made from 100% pure beet sugar sourced from French sugar beet from the north of France, which provides a delicate, natural sweetness. Perfect for coffees, cappuccinos, latte macchiatos, hot chocolates, as well as cocktails and milk drinks, where it adds a warm, nutty, and creamy character.
