Digital power with advanced cooling
The board uses a 6+2+2 phase digital VRM design. Six 60A DrMOS phases power the processor cores, two 60A DrMOS phases serve the integrated graphics with the memory controller, and another two P-Pak phases ensure stable power for the PCIe lanes connected directly to the CPU. The UD Power Connector with solid pins improves conductivity and heat dissipation, while the combination of a 24-pin ATX connector and a 4+8-pin CPU connector with UD Solid Pin caters to even the most demanding builds. Massive all-metal VRM heatsinks with a 5W/mK thermal pad offer a four times larger cooling surface and reduce temperatures by up to 7°C.
Memory and D5 Bionic Corsa technology
Four DDR5 slots support dual-channel memory modules with AMD EXPO™ profiles and allow for overclocking up to 8200MT/s. D5 Bionic Corsa technology uses advanced artificial intelligence algorithms for automatic optimisation of timing and voltage, achieving increased performance without the need for manual tuning. The AI-Driven PCB Design further improves signal integrity at the circuit board level, which contributes to greater stability at extreme frequencies.
Expansion slots and storage
The board offers one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot with a PCIe UD Slot design – a single-piece stainless steel shield increases shear resistance by 70% and retention force by 220%, ensuring a secure fit for heavy graphics cards. Three PCIe 3.0 x1 slots provide space for additional expansion cards. For storage, three M.2 slots are available: one PCIe 5.0 x4 and two PCIe 4.0 x4. All are equipped with the M.2 EZ-Latch Plus mechanism for screwless SSD installation. Four SATA III ports complement the connectivity options for traditional hard drives and SSDs.
