All you have to do is put them on the road. Your head keeps them on a light occipital bridge and the headphones are attached to the ear so that the headphones stay in place while walking. This also results in simple deployment and removal, suitable for a dynamic lifestyle. The ear pressure is minimal, so you can keep your headphones listening for long hours without the headphones being inconvenient.
