The optimum water temperature suitable for the preparation of very particular beverage:
- 70 ° C suitable for Japanese teas
- 80 ° C is ideal for green tea and instant drinks
- +/- 93 ° C for brewing coffee
- 100 ° C boiling water suitable black tea, herbal and fruit
