Food supplement GREEN IDEA Omega 3 18% EPA, 12% DHA For healthy heart and blood vessels, brain and eyesight. Omega 3 fish oil 1000 mg is extracted from fish living in pristine Arctic waters. It is rich in biologically active forms of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA). While EPA contributes to normal heart and blood vessel function, DHA supports normal brain and vision function and promotes mental vitality. Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids promote emotional well-being. Due to the low consumption of fish in our country, we recommend taking fish oil as an ideal source of omega-3. The optimal effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
