Guajacuran is used to facilitate expectoration in congestion and to relieve skeletal muscle tension, including increased neck muscle tension. The product is intended for adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age. For children from 6 to 12 years of age, the preparation is used only on the recommendation of a doctor. The package contains 50 coated tablets.
Dosage and method of use
Always take this medicine exactly as directed in the package insert or by your doctor or pharmacist. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older usually take 1 tablet 3-5 times a day, in exceptional cases 2 tablets. The maximum daily dose is 2,400 mg (12 tablets). Children aged 6-12 years are given 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. Do not give this product to children under 6 years of age. If your symptoms do not improve within 3 days or if your condition worsens, contact your doctor. If your problems persist for more than 7 days or reappear, do not take the product further and consult your doctor.
Contraindications
Do not take Guajacuran if you are allergic to guaifenesin or to any of the other ingredients in this medicine. Do not use in myasthenia gravis and myasthenic syndrome (a neuromuscular disease characterised by excessive muscle weakness and fatigue). Guajacuran should not be taken by pregnant women and children under 6 years of age.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use the product after the expiry date marked on the box and blister after EXP. Time expiry date refers to the last day of the month indicated. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep in the original packaging to protect the product from moisture. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment the environment.
