The Guardini Gardenia roasting tin has a 3.8L capacity and is perfect for preparing meat, poultry or various baked dishes. It's made from Hi-Top steel and features a double-layer non-stick coating on the inside that is resistant to scratches. This prevents food from sticking and makes the roasting tin easy to clean. You can use the roasting tin in both gas and electric ovens up to a maximum temperature of 230°C.

Durable steel construction

The roasting tin is made from Hi-Top steel, a type of ECCS steel with enhanced corrosion resistance. The 0.35mm thick steel contributes to even heat distribution, which is important for consistent baking results. The entire roasting tin is manufactured in Italy. It is designed for use in both gas and electric ovens, where it can withstand temperatures up to 230°C.

Double-layer non-stick surface

The inside of the roasting tin is covered with a double-layer non-stick coating, which prevents food from sticking and makes cleaning easier afterwards. The non-stick layer is applied using COIL COATING technology, which ensures it is spread evenly over the entire inner surface. The surface is also scratch-resistant when using non-metallic utensils. This makes the roasting tin suitable for preparing meals without the need for excessive greasing.
