Guardini Gardenia 24cm

The Guardini Gardenia cake tin, with a diameter of 26cm, is designed for baking classic round sponges. It's made from Hi-Top steel, which ensures even heat distribution and resistance to warping at high temperatures. The double-layer non-stick surface makes it easy to turn out the finished cake and reduces the need for greasing. The tin is made in Italy and designed for baking at temperatures up to 230°C.

Hi-Top steel construction

The Hi-Top steel construction ensures strength and even baking. This material has a higher strength, which helps the tin resist warping even with frequent use and at high temperatures. The steel also distributes heat effectively and evenly across its entire surface, which helps to bake the sponge thoroughly without burnt edges or a raw centre. The material is 0.29mm thick, which adds to the tin's stability.

Double-layer non-stick surface

The double-layer non-stick surface ensures easy release and healthier baking. It lets you bake with a minimal amount of fat, and you can easily turn the finished sponge out of the tin without it sticking. The COIL COATING technology contributes to the even application of the non-stick layer, ensuring its consistent properties over the entire surface. To maintain the long life of the surface, it is recommended to use non-metallic utensils.

Do not wash the tin in the dishwasher to avoid damaging the non-stick surface.
