Guardini Gardenia 28cm Fluted

The Guardini Gardenia round cake tin, with a diameter of 28cm, is designed for baking cakes. It's made from Hi-Top steel, which offers enhanced strength and resistance to warping, even at high temperatures. The double-layer non-stick surface ensures easy removal of your cake and allows for healthier baking with a minimal amount of fat. The tin is made in Italy and can withstand temperatures up to 230°C, giving you the freedom to prepare various types of dough.

Durable Hi-Top steel

The tin is made from Hi-Top steel (ECCS), which provides strength and dimensional stability. This material resists warping caused by high oven temperatures, so the tin maintains its perfect circular shape even after many baking cycles. This ensures your dough bakes evenly and guarantees a long product life with proper care.

Double-layer non-stick surface

The tin has a double-layer non-stick surface that prevents dough from sticking. This makes it easy to turn out your finished cake without damaging its structure. This coating also allows you to bake with less fat, which is ideal when preparing healthier desserts. The surface is applied using COIL COATING technology, which guarantees it is spread evenly across the entire tin for consistent results.

Use and maintenance of the tin

The tin is designed for a maximum baking temperature of 230°C, covering a wide range of recipes for cakes and sponges. After use and once cooled, maintenance is easy thanks to the non-stick properties of the surface. To maintain the longevity and functionality of the non-stick layer, hand washing with a gentle detergent is recommended. The tin is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
