G'Vine Nouaison Gin 0,7l 45%

G’Vine is a complete revolution in the world of gin. This French delicacy is a world away from traditional British-style gin. Specifically, it hails from the sunny vineyards of the Cognac region in France. This is where the grapes that form the base of G’Vine gin are grown. Yes, you read that right – a grape spirit. No grain. The individual ingredients are painstakingly macerated in small groups in the neutral spirit, leaving their indelible mark. Traditional juniper meets pungent ginger, sweet liquorice, cassia bark, oriental cardamom, and fresh coriander, piquant cubeb pepper, nutmeg, and zesty lime. First, distillation takes place in small, custom-made column stills. The individual macerates and herbal distillates are then blended with the grape base and undergo a final distillation in a copper pot still, affectionately nicknamed Lily Fleur. The resulting spirit has a distinct floral-spicy aroma with fresh notes of lime peel. On the palate, you will taste typical forest notes of juniper along with fresh coriander against a backdrop of citrus peel. Later, spicy notes of nutmeg, ginger, and liquorice emerge. If you've already had the pleasure of trying G'Vine Floraison, prepare for a more robust, spicier experience. Broaden your horizons and discover a gin with French sophistication.
