Quercetin
Quercetin is a plant flavonol from the flavonoid group of polyphenols. It is found in many fruits, vegetables, leaves, seeds and grains; Red onions and kale are common foods containing significant amounts of quercetin. Quercetin has a yellow colour and a bitter taste. It has antioxidant properties and protects the body from free radicals, which are unstable molecules in the body that can increase the risk of disease and accelerate aging. Quercetin reduces the signs of aging and helps with exercise.

Recommended dosage

The general shelf life of the product is at least 2 years. Although it is fairly heat resistant, we recommend keeping it cool if possible.
