How to Make the Perfect Cup of Coffee

You are going to need a drip coffee maker, a filter and a cup. Put finely ground coffee into the filter. Use about seven grams of coffee for every 100ml of water. Bring the water to boil and let it cool down for 3-4 minutes. Once the water has cooled down a bit, slowly pour a small amount on the filter in a circular pattern. With freshly ground coffee, the coffee will bloom as it absorbs water. Wait for 15 seconds and then pour the rest of the water on the coffee with a spiral motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. If you want mild coffee, pour the water slightly faster.
