The HENDI Blue Line 2× 6L Fryer has a body and oil containers made of stainless steel. Heating is provided by two heating elements, each with a power of 3300W. Each heating element has its own power supply, so two electrical sockets are required to operate the fryer. The frying temperature can be set up to 190°C. The removable control panel is fitted with a safety feature that automatically switches the fryer off when it is removed. The fryer is protected by a thermostat and overheating protection with a reset function. The equipment includes a basket with a long, heat-insulated handle for easier handling. The removable oil containers make cleaning easier, and an indicator light shows when the fryer is in operation. The cold zone system allows fried crumbs to fall below the level of the heating elements, which contributes to a longer oil life. The HENDI fryer package includes baskets and lids.
