Reishi
Reishi is nicknamed "the king of mushrooms" and it's not just for nothing. It is currently the most extensively researched adaptogenic mushroom with more than 5000 peer-reviewed articles or studies focusing on its effects. Reishi contains hundreds of bioactive compounds or bioactive molecules (in the Research and Development Department of Hifas da Terra, these ingredients have been studied for more than 20 years), whose effects are related to mental fitness and many other areas. The scientific portal Pubmed has published more than 1,000 articles on the effects of mushrooms over the past 10 years, and a large number of them have focused on Reishi. Recommended dosage
2 capsules daily - fasting before breakfast or during the day between main meals. The ideal length of the bark is 2 months.
