How to use:
1. Before applying CERESIT CS 25, prepare the substrate, ensuring it is clean, dry, free of moisture and cleaned with a solvent (glass, aluminium). CS 25 remains permanently elastic and is therefore recommended for active joints. The joints must be secured with tape to prevent excess silicone from overflowing the joint surface.
2. Cut the nozzle tip according to the width of the joints. CERESIT CS 25 should be applied directly to the joint surface with a silicone gun and then smoothed with a spatula dipped in a soap and water mixture. After applying CS 25, remove the tape you used to prepare the joint.
3. After applying CERESIT CS 25, ensure the joints are smoothed within 5 to 10 minutes. Uncured material can be removed with a solvent, and dried parts can only be removed mechanically. CS 25 should be left to dry for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 3 hours.
