The ELPUMPS NEPTUN INOX stainless steel sludge pump is perfectly suited for a wide range of applications and, thanks to its ability to pump solid particles up to 30 mm in diameter, it can do much more than conventional sludge pumps. The powerful 800 W motor can pump 15,000 litres of liquid per hour. The entire machine is made of durable materials and is therefore suitable for very aggressive environments. The pump is supplied with a right-angled end cap. ELPUMPS NEPTUN INOX is suitable for pumping clean and heavily contaminated liquids from various places (construction sites, industrial plants, farms, cellars, shafts, etc.). The pump can also cope with pumping out wastewater that is contaminated with small lumpy and fibrous particles (leaves, pieces of wood, organic waste,. ).

Technical information

The impeller with four blades (Vortex system) is made of durable cast iron, which has a major impact on the durability and reliability of the entire system. The pump motor housing is housed in a stainless steel casing and the lower part of the pump - the hydraulic chamber - is made of solid grey cast iron. For sealing the shaft, a unique professional solution is used that combines spring and ceramic-silicon seals. The pump is liquid cooled, so make sure it does not run dry. The float switch automatically switches the pump on and off due to changes in the liquid level. The motor is protected by a thermal fuse.
Warning:
The pump is not suitable for pumping flammable or hazardous liquids. Consistently avoid running the pump at idle. Do not use the pump in a swimming pool or garden pond if there are people or live animals in it.
