The Ermenrich PL40 optical leveller can measure the exact distance to an object, the angles in the horizontal plane and, if necessary, the height difference between two points. The instrument has 32x magnification, so you can see the millimetre scale of the levelling rod clearly up to 50 metres away. The "E" metric grading is then visible over the entire working distance of the instrument, which is up to 120 metres. Working with the meter in the field is facilitated by a pendulum compensator with a magnetic damper, which effectively compensates even strong vibrations. High accuracy and robust design make the Ermenrich PL40 a great choice for construction, landscaping and surveying work. You will need a levelling rod and a tripod, which are not included.

The Ermenrich PL40 has a robust body with IP54 rating, so it can withstand dust and splashes. Thanks to the pendulum compensator with magnetic damper, which effectively reduces even very strong vibrations, you can use the device even around heavy machinery and other sources of vibration. With a working range of up to 120 metres and a 32x magnification, the leveller is suitable for professional use (construction of large buildings and facilities or foundation marking) as well as for simpler domestic work such as levelling, fence construction, greenhouse installation, etc. The set also includes an adjustment tool and plumb bob.
