MA-TECH MDM-500 Hydrostat self-loading motorised tracked wheel loader

The MA-TECH MDM-500 Hydrostat motorised tracked wheelbarrow is designed for transporting loose and solid materials on construction sites, in gardens or in agriculture. With its hydrostatic drive and self-loading bucket, it offers smooth speed control and easy handling on any terrain. Its narrow 88cm design also allows it to pass through gates and tight spaces.

Engine and hydrostatic drive

The machine has a single-cylinder, four-stroke Briggs & Stratton engine with a displacement of 203cm³. It delivers 6.5HP (4847W) of power. The hydrostatic drive provides smooth forward speed control up to 3.5km/h without the need for gear shifting. The engine can be started electrically or, if necessary, manually. The fuel tank has a capacity of 3.6 litres.

Load handling

The self-loading bucket makes material handling more efficient and reduces the operator's physical effort. The one-piece welded skip, with a volume of 260 litres, can carry a load of up to 500kg. Hydraulic tipping is used to dump material at the desired location. The tipping height is 26cm.

Manoeuvrability and off-road safety

The tracked undercarriage has 18cm wide tracks and a ground clearance of 11cm. With skid steering, the machine can turn 360 degrees on the spot. Its overall narrow width of 88cm allows it to pass through doorways and gates. Automatic safety braking provides a secure stop.
