The Metabo KGSV 216 M mitre saw is equipped with a powerful 1,700W motor and a “multi cut” trapezoidal-tooth saw blade that easily handles cutting wood, laminate or aluminium profiles. The turntable allows for precise mitre cuts to the right and left at a maximum angle of 47°, while the saw head (tilting to the left up to 47°) offers an additional range of angles for back cuts. Thanks to the Vario-Constamatic (VC) variable electronic speed control, you can adapt the saw's performance to the specific task, while the speed remains constant even under high load. Clear and easy-to-read scales are used for precise setting of the cutting angles. The workpiece can be securely fixed using the quick-action clamp, while a depth stop makes it easy to create grooves. Cutting safety is also increased by high, laterally sliding fences. There is also a built-in laser pointer for more precise cut guidance and LED lighting for the work area. The body of the KGSV 216 M saw is made of a strong and durable die-cast aluminium, and its transport is facilitated by ergonomic handles and the ability to lock the saw head.

You can make precise cuts with a depth of 65mm at an angle of 90°, or 36mm at an angle of 45°. The sliding function and extendable worktable extensions will make it easier for you to work with larger workpieces. Operating the saw is made easier by the clear scales and intuitive controls, which are clearly visible from the operator's position. There is also an effective dust extraction system that ensures a clean and clear work area. The weight of the saw is 13.5kg. The power cable is 2m long.
