Monolith Barbecue skewers with holder 6 pcs

The Monolith skewer set is used for preparing shashlik and other skewered dishes. It includes six stainless steel skewers and a two-part rack that sits directly on the grill grate. The rack is designed to support the rotation of the skewers, ensuring the meat and vegetables are evenly cooked on all sides. The entire set is made from stainless steel and is compatible with Monolith Classic and Monolith LeChef grills.

A rack for even grilling

The entire set, both skewers and rack, is made from stainless steel. Place the two-part rack on the grill grate of your Monolith Classic or LeChef grill. The rack holds the individual skewers in place while also making them easy to turn. Rotating the skewers leads to even cooking on all sides, without the meat or vegetables sticking to the grate. The set includes six skewers, each measuring approximately 43.5cm, which provides plenty of space for preparing shashlik or other specialities.
