PATTEX Power Spray 400 ml

PATTEX Power spray permanent is a solvent-free, CFS and chlorinated hydrocarbon-free contact spray adhesive. It is designed for bonding fabrics, polyether co-polyester foams, profiles made of cellular lightweight rubber, insulating materials, skin, imitation leather, Felt, cardboard, metals (untreated, phosphated, claimed, primed and anodic painted), wood or polyester materials. It is also excellent for bonding PE films for insulation, profiled parts and stressed materials without fi xation, carpets, insulation and upholstery work.

Use:
Surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean and free from all dirt and substances that could affect adhesion, such as grease, dust or oil. Shake the container thoroughly before use. When applying, hold the spray at a distance of 15 to 20 cm from the surface of the material to be bonded and apply the adhesive on both sides. Allow to dry for at least 10 minutes, the drying time depends on the type of material, the thickness of the adhesive layer and the working conditions. Make the joint while the applied layer is still sticky and press the glued parts firmly together. Remove any adhesive residue immediately with a damp cloth. After curing, the material can only be removed mechanically.

Notice:
Not suitable for bonding expanded polystyrene, PE, PP and softened PVC.
