The Pit Boss PBV3D1 electric smoker is the ideal tool for smoking your own goodies. Thanks to its electric operation with digital control, it is suitable for beginners and professionals alike. It can smoke on wood chips, logs, sawdust, pellets and other types of fuel. You can easily check your products through the large glass doors. The Pit Boss PBV3D1 can be used for smoking cheese, vegetables and meat. It reaches a maximum temperature of 177 °C and is equipped with four massive chrome-plated grates that you can adjust to suit your needs. You'll also appreciate the large reservoir that lasts up to 2 hours without refilling.

The right humidity for perfect products

The Pit Boss PBV3D1 smoker is equipped with a large enamelled water container that maintains the correct humidity. At the same time, it also captures fat and juices from the meat. Set the right temperature using the digital panel and one thermopile. The rear part of the smoker allows the smoke density to be regulated by two regulators. The Pit Boss PBV3D1 is not designed for cold smoke smoking.
