SOILY PALMA™ - Peat-Free Substrate 5L

Potzillas SOILY PALMA™ substrate is a specially mixed, peat-free blend designed for indoor palms, dracaenas and other plants with similar requirements. Its base is coconut fibre, complemented by a combination of vermicompost and perlite. This organo-mineral composition creates a stable and permeable environment that promotes healthy root system growth. The structure of the substrate ensures good root aeration and helps prevent long-term waterlogging, which limits the conditions for fungus gnat proliferation.

Composition for optimal conditions and use

The main component of the substrate is coconut fibre, which has a stable structure, a balanced pH and a low content of easily decomposable organic matter. In combination with perlite, sand and pine bark, it ensures permeability and aeration, which is key to root health. Before use, we recommend mixing the substrate, planting the plant and then watering thoroughly. Start fertilising 4 weeks after repotting, always considering the specific needs of the plant to provide the necessary nutrients.
