SCHEPPACH Band saw with base 380 V, Basa 3

The Scheppach BASA 3 band saw is a professional machine that incorporates most of the unique technological solutions from the award-winning BASA range. This table saw thus offers much more than its competitors in the class. It all starts with the very precise guidance of the saw blade on three hardened heavy-duty rollers, both above and below the table. The belt is precisely guided on a large, specially centred and ground wheel with a rubber surface. This is part of the unique Vario Drive adjustable speed system. The upper part of the saw blade holder is height adjustable by turning the control wheel. The belt itself can be changed in a flash thanks to a simple mechanism with a quick-release lever. The solid table is made of aluminium alloy and can be tilted from -8° to +45°. The table provides sufficient support for the workpiece and, thanks to the surface treatment, significantly reduces friction so that you can move the workpiece precisely on it. The high-precision ruler, fitted with a magnifying glass to improve scale readability, can be attached to both sides of the saw blade. The saw also features excellent cutting height and width values of 205 mm and 306 mm respectively. The band saw is also equipped with a connector for connecting a sawdust extractor and a robust stand with castors and a pull-out lever for easy transport.
