SMARTSEAL Roof impregnation 5 l
Smartseal colourless roof impregnation protects roof tiles, creates a water-repellent barrier and protects tiles from moss, lichen and algae growth. It is a clear, solvent-free acrylic impregnation coating for concrete, clay or slate roofs that will not alter the appearance of roof tiles. Application is done with a brush or sprayer. The impregnation dries in 2 to 3 hours, the surface is fully water-repellent after 24 hours, the service life is 10 years. A total of 25 litres of impregnation will treat up to 125 m² of concrete roof tiles and 200 to 250 m² of clay and slate roof tiles.
