SMARTSEAL Xtreme Pavement Cleaner 25 l

Smartseal Xtreme reliably keeps paving stones and other driveway surfaces clean. Contains 4 active ingredients to eliminate the growth and spread of black spots, algae, lichen, moss and surface dirt. It is diluted 1:1 and very easy to apply with a garden sprayer. A 25 l pack is sufficient to treat 200 m² of interlocking paving. Smartseal Xtreme effectively removes dirt from the pavement in just 60 minutes.

Use:
Make sure that the tiles are swept and no loose pieces of dirt are left on them before applying the product. Then dampen the surface lightly with water (too much water will reduce the effectiveness of the product) if the tiles are hot. In conditions where the pavement is slightly damp e.g. after the morning dew, there is no need to wet the surface. Dilute the product at a ratio of 1: 1. Do not dilute the product if you are removing black spots or very baked-on dirt. Apply with a garden sprayer. Leave on for 60 minutes. Make sure that the surface does not dry out (light water dusting) during the product application. Rinse with clean water. It is important to ensure that the surface is moist during these 60 minutes as the product will not reactivate in a dry environment. Most deep-rooted organic matter and dirt will be removed after one application, but sometimes a second application may be needed to make the pavement look like new.
Note:
Xtreme Tile Cleaner contains chlorine as an active ingredient and can stain clothing. Therefore, take care to avoid contact with clothing during application. Toxic to aquatic organisms, always wear protective gloves and goggles. The product may cause skin irritation. Avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children.
