The ThermoPro TP30 Digital Thermometer can measure the high temperatures of any material. The measurement is contactless, and the further you are from the object being measured, the larger the measurement area becomes. It features adjustable emissivity values from 0.1 to 1, which allows the heat leak detector to measure the temperature of an object or material more accurately. The laser pointer ensures maximum accuracy when targeting the surface. The thermometer also displays the minimum, maximum, and average temperature from the last measurement, which is useful, for example, when diagnosing a car engine problem. It includes a backlit display that shows the measured temperature. The thermometer measures temperatures in the range of -50 to 550°C with an accuracy of +-1.5°C and can display the value in both °C and °F. It also features a low battery indicator. It is powered by 2 AAA batteries.
