Würth High Strength Threadlocker DOS serves as removable screw insurance and sealant for demanding applications - one-handed application. It is suitable for bolted joints subjected to high stress. It achieves 100% sealing, requires no additional parts to secure and protects against friction corrosion and rust. It prevents the separation of e.g. by vibration or impact loads without undesirable seizure problems, such as with mechanical bolt locks. Resists a wide range of alkalis, gases, solvents, oils and fuels. Dosing can be tailored to the specific application thanks to DOS - keeping consumption and costs to a minimum.

Use:
It is used to ensure, fastening and sealing of threaded connections, like screws, cotter pins, nuts, threaded plugs, threaded inserts, ball and roller bearings, which normally no longer need to be disconnected. High strength threadlocker is designed for use in automotive and truck applications, metal and tool manufacturing, shipbuilding, engineering and engine manufacturing, and electrical and electronic equipment manufacturing. Liquid plastic cures on contact with metal without the presence of oxygen. Contact surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. Wet the glued surfaces sufficiently and join them immediately.
