The cutter is equipped with a high-quality, adjustable, zero-play bearing guide that keeps the cutting carriage precisely aligned. The cutting wheel is made of hard metal with a titanium nitride coating, while the support section consists of a rigid, profiled aluminium plate. The whole mechanism is complemented by a steel guide rail and rulers for cutting at 90° and 0–45° angles.
