Unique Solution
The hi-tech solution for the door lock drive is a unique stepper motor actuator. The operator can thus be easily retrofitted to any standard commercial, domestic or residential door with a cylinder. The key inserted into the door lock insert is rotated by the actuator so that the door lock mechanism moves in exactly the same way as a normal manual key movement. The mechanism of the device is designed for keys ending in both horizontal and vertical working position of the cylinder, including safety.

If you subsequently decide that this solution is not sufficient, you can always keep your smart home options open. It is enough to purchase the HmIP-HAP Central Unit and gradually expand the system with other peripherals, thus creating your smart home according to your wishes.
Variable control method
The device offers multiple control options for all ages from children to seniors. The door lock drive can be easily operated manually from the outside with the key and from the inside with the emergency rotary ring. Electronically via the external HmIP-WKP keypad or internally via two buttons on the front of the door lock operator. Remotely with the HmIP-KRCK wireless key fob or in combination with the HmIP-HAP Central Unit by voice via the home assistant (communication with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa supported) or from anywhere in the world via the Homematic IP mobile app.
Access Control
In addition to the usual user functions, the device offers optional and intuitive access control. It is configured exclusively using the HmIP-HAP Central Unit and via the Homematic IP mobile app. This opens up additional functionalities of the smart home system to the user with the possibility of programming scenarios, displaying status information, as well as optimising access functions such as time-controlled locking through flexible weekly programmes and individual access profiles. The system can, for example, automatically lock the entrance door at any predefined time, thus increasing the security of the building in a relatively simple and effective way and eliminating the need to check the locking of the entrance door.
Access Control
You can individually define and simultaneously control access to the entrance thanks to configurable access permissions regardless of the day of the week or time. An example of this would be cleaning staff or care services being able to enter an apartment or house using the HmIP-KRCK wireless remote control key fob only on a certain day of the week and at a certain time. You will be able to control such access via the Homematic IP mobile app, which records and displays information about which doors have been opened and when. However, even the configuration of access control functions is done exclusively using the HmIP-HAP Central Unit and the Homematic IP mobile app.

Wireless connection of Homematic IP devices to the HmIP-HAP Central Unit offers convenient setup and control of a complex smart home system using an intuitive app (for Android and iOS in CZ) designed for smartphones. The mobile app enables instant response to messages and alerts from your smart home system and connects all Homematic IP devices via a free, unlimited cloud that allows you to set up and control the system from anywhere in the world, transfer important information and update the software and firmware of the devices, and forward configuration and operational commands from the Homematic IP app to individual smart home devices.

In addition to manual control and remote control via the mobile app, the Homematic IP smart home system, of which the PIR motion detectors are a part, also offers voice control support and communication with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Home Connect Plus technology. For secure, stable and reliable communication between devices, the system has its own unique radio technology with encrypted security, making it the first smart home system whose protocol, IT and data security are regularly tested and certified by the independent VDE institute.
Easy installation in just a few moments
Wireless communication and battery operation offer the possibility of simple installation without the need for cabling. An important factor for installation is the size of the cylinder, which must protrude 8-15 mm on the inside of the door. If this is not the case, it is recommended to purchase a new cylinder with an optimum preload of 10 mm at the same time as the device. Standard assembly is carried out using the assembly material that is included in the package, without any mechanical intervention in the door. The mounting bracket design of the HmIP-DLD Door Lock Operator offers additional holes for optional screw attachment to the internal hardware or door leaf.
