NeRosé: When a winemaking mistake becomes a flavour sensation
It looks like rosé. But it's not rosé. Even though it's pink. This wine drink was born from the best cellar mistake of the year. All it took was a moment of inattention, a mix-up with the barrique barrels, and a drop of red escaped into our white Savilon from the 2024 vintage. The law doesn't have a box for it (hence the designation 'wine drink'), but our taste buds knew straight away – this is too good to pour away! The result is the cheeky NeRosé. It's unplanned, it's unofficial, but it's unbelievably drinkable and refreshing. Here's to happy accidents that are worth it!
