This eliminates the need to power up a desktop computer or mobile phone, boosting the efficiency of shared workspaces and preventing scheduling conflicts.
Clear status indicators
Side-mounted light strips change colour based on the current status of the meeting room. A bright green light indicates the space is vacant and ready to use, while a red light warns that a booked meeting is in progress. Thanks to this colour coding, users can see the status of the meeting room from far down the corridor. This system significantly reduces unexpected interruptions during important presentations and helps employees quickly find a free workspace.
Seamless system integration
The device holds official certifications for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, and meets ADA standards. This simplifies its integration into your company's existing communication and network infrastructure. Secureboot functionality and verified boot via Android 13 keep your data secure. It uses Microsoft and Zoom-based VaaS solutions for account authentication, with network communication running over a simple certificate enrollment protocol.
Flexible installation options
The package includes a complete mounting kit that supports installation on various surfaces. Mount the panel directly onto standard walls, glass partitions using the supplied adhesive, or metal posts. The bracket design allows a 25-degree angle adjustment to improve readability from different heights. Integrated cable management channels keep the installation site clean and protect wires from damage. You will also find a standard Kensington security lock slot on the device body.
