Mixture of bacterial cultures
A blend of bacterial cultures -10 billion (guaranteed until the end of the best before date), containing 14 bacterial strains and prebiotics (inulin), in easy-to-swallow vegetarian capsules. It does not contain gluten or lactose. Suitable for vegetarians.

Recommended dosage
Adults and children from 6 years of age:
1 capsule daily with food. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. For maximum effectiveness, store in the refrigerator after opening.
Children from 3 to 5 years old under parental supervision:
Dispense the contents of 1 capsule 1 time a day into food, yogurt, etc. and stir to dissolve the powder. Do not add to hot food or drink. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. For maximum effectiveness, store in the refrigerator after opening.
Notice
Discontinue use and see a doctor if indigestion occurs, worsens or persists for more than three days. Consult a physician for use before taking the supplement if you experience fever, vomiting, diarrhea with blood, severe abdominal pain. Do not take in an immune compromised state (e.g. as a result of AIDS, lymphoma, long-term treatment with corticosteroids). The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The dietary supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store at 15-25 °C, out of reach of children.
