This lot is composed of coffees originating mainly from the Carmo de Cachoeira area, selected by the Cocatrel Direct Trade Lab cupping team. Only coffees with a clean profile and a score of 83 points or more are included in the blend. The coffee is processed using the natural method and dried in special static boxes, which allow for slower and highly controlled drying of the coffee cherries. This processing method encourages the development of a sweeter and fruitier profile than is typical for classic Brazilian natural coffees.
What does it taste like?
The cup is dominated by milk chocolate and hazelnut, complemented by the delicate sweetness of golden raisins. The profile is sweet, round, and very well-balanced. The body is full and creamy, the acidity is gentle, and the aftertaste is long and chocolaty-sweet.
