ETHIOPIA YALESSA comes from the village of Banko Chelchele in the Gedeb area, one of the most respected parts of the Yirgacheffe region. It is here, at altitudes of up to 2,300 metres, that smallholder farmers cultivate the 74110 and 74112 varieties, renowned for their elegance, complexity, and distinct aroma.

This lot has undergone a special controlled fermentation in a sealed anaerobic environment, which helps to enhance the natural fruitiness and floral notes of the coffee. The subsequent slow drying on African beds preserves the purity and complexity of the final cup. The result is an exceptionally aromatic Ethiopian coffee with a distinct freshness, high sweetness, and a long aftertaste.
