Jenamazole vaginal cream is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent that acts against a range of pathogenic fungal microorganisms, including dermatophytes, yeasts and fungi. In addition, it has an effect against Trichomonas vaginalis and some types of bacteria. The preparation is intended for the treatment of vaginal mycosis or inflammation of the vagina, vaginal discharge conditioned by yeast infection, inflammation of the vulva or glans. The patient is able to diagnose the following indications with the listed symptoms herself: vaginal mycosis or inflammation of the vagina caused by pathogenic fungi (usually yeast); vaginal discharge conditioned by yeast infection (usually Candida); candida vulva. The main symptoms of the above indications are itching and/or stinging or burning, often accompanied by a yellow-white, usually odourless discharge. There may also be swelling and redness around the vulva and vaginal opening. Men A sexual partner who develops yeast-induced mastitis should also undergo treatment. The man is able to diagnose this indication himself. In its mildest and most typical form, it is manifested by redness, itching, smelly discharge from the pre-cutaneous sac. Package contains 20 g of cream + applicator.
Dosage and method of use
For vaginitis, the contents of 1 applicator of vaginal cream are introduced into the vagina every evening for 3 consecutive days. A three-day application is usually sufficient. For vulvar inflammation in women and glans inflammation in men, the cream is applied in a thin layer to the affected areas 2-3 times a day, usually for 1-2 weeks. The product must not be used in girls under 12 years of age. To prevent re-infection, it is necessary to treat the sexual partner at the same time.
Contraindications
In pregnancy (e.g. during the last 4-6 weeks of labour) and during breastfeeding, the suitability of JENAMAZOL treatment must be decided by a doctor and the possible introduction of vaginal cream during pregnancy. The product must not be used in girls under 12 years of age. Read the package insert carefully.

Storage
Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box and tube.
