Its core is made of extremely hard VG-MAX steel, wrapped in 32 layers of Damascus steel, which gives the blade not only exceptional sharpness but also its characteristic appearance. Blade construction for the perfect cut
At the heart of the knife is a double-bevel blade with a VG-MAX steel core that achieves a high level of hardness. This blade hardness of 61 HRC keeps the edge exceptionally sharp for a long time. The core is protected by 32 layers of stainless Damascus steel, which give the knife its durability and unique pattern. Special hollow-ground indentations along the edge create air pockets between the blade and the food, significantly reducing sticking and making smooth cuts easier.
The knife is not dishwasher-safe.
