The PROFI LINE knife is designed and tested for heavy duty industrial applications and meets today's high hygiene requirements. It is, therefore, suitable for professionals, but can also be found in kitchens of normal households. The blade is made of high-quality stainless steel N6MoV with added molybdenum and vanadium, which extends the life of the blade and allows for a higher hardness (54-56 HRc). The modern ergonomic handle reduces labour stress while maintaining maximum safety. The knife can be washed in a dishwasher.
